STEP ONE:
Initial Conference

The initial conference is held with the client for the purpose of establishing criteria that meets the client’s objectives regarding property needs, current market conditions, future business plans, and pertinent motivating factors.This initial meeting is the basis for developing research for suitable property information that meets the client’s parameters.
 
We provide a sample of information we publish that includes industry-wide property information combined with our proprietary mapping software. This property information will be developed for the client according to his/her specific property needs upon hiring Gelfand Group as his/her broker of record.

In compliance with Texas Real Estate Commission Regulations, Gelfand Group establishes a Protected Relationship Agreement with our clients to guarantee our obligation and fiduciary responsibility. Our clients are assured of their protection from any conflicts of interest regarding our real estate brokerage representation on their behalf.
