STEP THREE:
Client Evaluation of Available Properties

We meet with the client to present the customized survey. This survey contains detailed information about all potential properties that might meet the client’s criteria, following our initial meeting. We review each portion of the survey with the client to answer any questions or clarify its contents. The client is advised as to current availability and market trends.

When the client has reviewed the survey contents, he/she prioritizes property preferences and notifies us of properties of interest. Gelfand Group previews the selected properties prior to the client tour. Gelfand Group then makes arrangements with the listing broker to schedule a property tour.

Our experience in working with dental practitioners enables us to make recommendations as to the most suitable properties.
